Cancellation Policy
-Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded. -For groups of up to 4 people, the booking fee is 30% of the total activity cost. -For groups of 5 or more, the booking fee is 50% of the total activity cost. If the guest cancels the booking for any reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. Reimbursement of the booking fee will only occur if the safari company cancels the booking. -If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. -Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. -Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking
